Absolutely! We offer one-night stays from Sunday to Thursday, perfect for a spontaneous romantic getaway, a midweek treat or simply escaping the everyday for a little time together.

At weekends, we have a minimum two-night stay, giving you plenty of time to relax, unwind and make the most of your countryside escape.

All stays are subject to availability, so simply check our online booking calendar to find your perfect dates.

Check-in is from 3pm, and we kindly ask that guests check out by 10am on their departure day.

We know you’ll be excited to start your getaway, so we’ll always do our very best to have your retreat ready a little earlier where possible. We’ll let you know on the day as soon as it’s ready for you.

Before your arrival, we’ll also send you everything you need to know, including directions, parking details and how to find your retreat, so you can settle in and start relaxing straight away.

Absolutely! We love helping our guests make special memories, whether you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, honeymoon or simply surprising someone you love.

If you’re planning something special, we’d be delighted to help you add a few thoughtful touches to your stay.

We can put you in touch with a fantastic local balloon stylist who creates beautiful balloon displays and decorations, help arrange flowers for your arrival, or organise a bottle of locally produced Welsh wine from Vale Vineyard, to be delivered directly to your retreat.

Yes, Trelan Farm is an exclusively adults-only retreat, thoughtfully designed for couples looking to relax, unwind and enjoy some peaceful time together.

Our accommodation and facilities are not designed or suitable for children, and we’re therefore unable to accommodate anyone under the age of 18, including babies and infants.

Each of our four retreats accommodates a maximum of two adults.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you for some well-deserved time for two.

Trelan Farm is situated on a beautiful working family farm in the North Wales countryside, and while we want everyone to enjoy their stay, it’s important to be aware of the nature of our surroundings.

Our four retreats are located a short walk from the designated guest parking area, with access along uneven and gravelled paths. Unfortunately, vehicles cannot be driven directly to the accommodation, even for unloading luggage. The Wonder Wagon is the closest cabin to the car park however it does have a set of steps leading up to the decking.

Due to the natural terrain and access arrangements, our accommodation may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or those who require wheelchair access.

We understand that everyone’s needs are different, so if you have any questions or concerns about accessibility, please get in touch before booking. We’ll be very happy to explain the layout and access arrangements to help you decide whether Trelan Farm is suitable for your needs.

Unfortunately, we don’t allow pets at Trelan Farm. As we’re situated on a working family farm with livestock, we’re unable to accommodate dogs or other pets.

We’ve tried to think of all the little essentials to make your stay at Trelan Farm as comfortable and relaxing as possible, so you can pack light and concentrate on enjoying your time away together.

Here’s what we provide:

• Fresh towels and bed linen

• Bubble bath for your private outdoor soaking tub

• Basic cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery and utensils

• Tea, coffee and the essentials for a lovely cuppa

A few things we’d recommend bringing:

• Your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash and personal toiletries

• Food and drinks if you’re planning to cook or enjoy a cosy night in

• Comfortable shoes or walking boots if you’d like to explore the surrounding countryside

• A torch, particularly during the darker months, as we’re tucked away in the countryside

And of course, don’t forget your swimming costumes if you’d prefer to wear them while enjoying your outdoor soaking tub!

Most importantly, bring yourselves and be ready to slow down, switch off and enjoy a little time for two.

Our Japanese soaking tubs offer a wonderfully relaxing alternative to a traditional hot tub, combining the luxury of warm water and soothing jets with the peaceful experience of outdoor bathing.

Unlike conventional hot tubs, which typically maintain and circulate the same chemically  treated water between uses, our Japanese soaking tubs are filled with fresh water for each bath.

They’re perfect for sinking into warm, bubbling water, enjoying the beautiful North Wales countryside and making the most of a little time together.

Please note: Our Japanese soaking tubs are available exclusively in our three Lookouts — Leo’s Lookout, Luna’s Lookout and Lil’s Lookout. The Wonder Wagon has its own outdoor soaking bath without jets. 

Absolutely! Each of our four retreats has its own kitchen facilities, complete with basic cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery and utensils, so you can prepare your own meals and enjoy a cosy night in.

But if cooking isn’t on your holiday agenda, don’t worry! Our lovely village pub is within walking distance, perfect for a well-earned drink or a relaxed evening out. There are also local takeaway options available through Just Eat, so you can order something delicious and enjoy it from the comfort of your retreat.

Whether you’re cooking together, heading out for dinner or enjoying a takeaway in your pyjamas, it’s entirely up to you.

After all, you’re here to relax!

Absolutely! There’s nothing quite like enjoying a BBQ in the beautiful North Wales countryside.

You’re very welcome to use a disposable BBQ during your stay, but for everyone’s safety, BBQs must only be used on the designated brick-built BBQ platform provided.

Disposable BBQs are available to purchase on-site, or you’re welcome to bring your own.

Please note that only disposable BBQs are permitted, and they must not be used on decking, grass or anywhere other than the designated brick-built platform.

We kindly ask all guests to use BBQs responsibly and ensure they’re completely extinguished after use. We can’t promise BBQ weather mind!

Yes! Each of our four retreats has one allocated parking space in our designated guest parking area. If you need to arrive in two cars, please let us know and we will organise parking elsewhere. 

From the car park, it’s a short walk to your accommodation along an uneven countryside path, so we recommend bringing suitable footwear and packing with this in mind.

As Trelan Farm is a working family farm, vehicles cannot be driven any closer to the retreats, including for unloading luggage.
