Tucked away in a secluded corner of Trelan Farm, Leo’s Lookout is our most spacious retreat — designed for couples looking to slow down, switch off and enjoy a little luxury in the North Wales countryside.
Inside, rustic charm meets contemporary comfort, with a king-size bed, stylish kitchen, cosy seating area, separate dining space and ensuite bathroom with power shower. Fluffy white towels and our Trelan Farm navy robes are waiting for you too.
Throw open the French doors onto your private deck, where you can dine outside, take in the views across the farm towards Moel Famau and, best of all, sink into your own Japanese soaking tub for two, complete with spa jets and mood lighting.
Sip bubbles in the bubbles, watch the changing skies over the Clwydian Range and say hello to your neighbours — the cows and sheep just across the fence.
Leo’s Lookout sleeps two adults. Trelan Farm is an adults-only, pet-free retreat.

Check in to Trelan and enjoy a romantic break just for two. Friday - Sunday minimum two night stay. One night stays available Sunday - Thursday. Discount applies for stays two nights and over. Please email hello@trelanfarm.co.uk if we can help at all. Bookings require a 25% deposit with the balance due a month before arrival. Although relaxing is encouraged, there is plenty to get out to see and do should the mood take you. With the nearest pub, the White Horse Inn, serving up food and ales just a mile away, that could be a great place to start.
Further afield, the stunning North Wales coastline is just 30 minutes away and Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park is under an hour away. And for those wanting to indulge in a bit of retail therapy, then the pretty town of Chester is 30 minutes from your door.
Outside
Outside there is a decked terrace with further outdoor seating and a BBQ area to use with disposable BBQs (available to purchase on site). But the talking point has to be the wonderful outdoor bath. A deep Japanese soaking tub designed just for two with massage jets and mood lighting, that comes complete with lavender bubble bath, naturally. Surrounded by wildflowers, ever-changing skies and fabulous views, it’s simply glorious.
Life on the farm buzzes all around – with cows and sheep in the surrounding fields, there’s always something to see.
Please note there is a short walk from Leo’s Lookout to the car park along a gravelled track. Leo’s Lookout is the furthest cabin from the car park.
Our four cabins are very private, we have taken great care to space them all out and position them facing away from each other. We have used natural screening and hedging to provide the ultimate private retreat.
